Hope to see you soon 🎀 ___________________________________________________ PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES! - 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposits are due in order to secure your appointment. - My #1 preferred remaining payment method is cash! - You can also pay your remaining balance with your physical debit/ credit card, or the card on file, but taxes are included. Tap Pay is also accepted as well as Third party apps. - Cancellations must be done more than 24 hours BEFORE your appointment! Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will result in a 50% fee (remaining balance) will be charged & deposit forfeited. - You’re permitted 1 deposit transfer per appointment & the rescheduled appointment must be made within the same month or you forfeit your deposit & must book a NEW APPOINTMENT with a NEW DEPOSIT. - Please arrive to your appointment on time unless discussed otherwise. After 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled & you will be charged the remaining balance + late fee. - Squeeze In Appointments are appointments scheduled outside of my regular hours. They require a $25 fee on top of your service & the full service amount is due upfront when booking via Third party app. This payment is NON REFUNDABLE. Only transferrable within the same month (unless stated otherwise) Please contact me directly for any squeeze in options. - If I contact you regarding your appointment & you don’t respond within 6 hours, your appointment will be canceled/rescheduled. - NO CALL NO SHOW will result in you being charged the remaining balance + late fee & you will be BANNED from booking. - If you did not express any dislike or concerns with your hair prior to leaving my chair, your remaining balance is NON REFUNDABLE. Any tips will be returned.
